Scott Rosenzweig Named Mentor of the Year by Roosevelt University

On April 29th, 2022 I was so honored to be named Mentor of the Year by my alma matter, Roosevelt University (MBA class of 1998).

I’ve had a handful of mentors throughout my career, all of whom made a dramatic impact on me and all of whom I am still in touch with. It has been important to me to pay it forward and help other young professionals in the same way.

The Professional Mentoring Program at Roosevelt University does an excellent job in pairing up mentors with mentees and providing support throughout the process.

I am humbled by this acknowledgement and incredibly proud of my mentee, Nicolas!

“Scott really knows what he is doing. He is helping me to figure out a lot of stuff as I’m trying to start my own business. He is putting all the work in to make this work, and I really appreciate this. Scott has the type of career I want to reach one day. Scott is a good listener and can talk about everything.”

-Nicolas Paviet, Mentee

I was touched by how meaningful your relationship is with your mentee Nicolas. We are so glad that [Nicholas’] mentorship has been beneficial for professional and personal development and goals. I can’t wait to see how your relationship continues to grow!”
